“new” crazy chicken lady!

Depends on where they are being brooded. Once fully feathered, around 6 weeks, they no longer need supplemental heat. The temp is gradually decreased as the birds feather out.
Chicks can be outside when they come out of the egg. Many people brood exclusively outdoors, myself included.

Ya I’ve been decreasing the temp each week as they grow, I just wasn’t sure when to stop decreasing and just take it away all together! And that’s what I figured but just wanted to verify that I wasn’t crazy in assuming something Thank you so much!
