“Rare breed” ID help needed!

I bought this chick from a “rare breed straight run” bin at my local farm store. As a baby chick, it was smaller built but I don’t believe it’s a bantam. It was yellow with black stripes down it’s back. Now, it’s white with brown and black on its wings. Very light tan colored legs. Yellow/orange beak color. Any guesses on gender and more importantly, breed?

It is too early to say for sure but right now there are no definite signs of rooster.
