“Reverse bumble foot”?

Does anyone know what the heck this is? It honestly looks like reverse bumble foot. It seems ‘slightly sensitive’ to my hen. It is not hot or otherwise swollen. I have cleaned and Bluekoted it but am hoping you guys may have better advice. Thanks so much in advance.

Bumble foot can happen anywhere on the foot. It's just wherever the center (the pus plug) pops up.

Sigh. I thought so. I have removed bumble foot issues successfully from other ladies in the past... I guess I get to do it again. Drat

I’m sorry for being late to the reply, a family emergency landed me in the Hospital for five days.
I am happy to report Bumblefoot surgery went extremely well. She is healing nicely and was immediately happy to walk about unhindered.
