Kate's ears perked up. She watched what Sage was going to do next.

Sage's eyes widen in shock then were replaced with hurt before finally glaring at Kate I trusted you..

Kate glared back. A drop of sadness mixed in with her anger. So did I.

Sage didn't answer he just turn and headed into his den.

Shadow stuck his tongue out at Kate and swug himself on the nearest tree.

Kate rolled her eyes. She walked deeper into the forest, and sat down, wrapping her arms around her legs.
