Smiling her fangs gleamed in the weak light. Onyx saw the injured buck, probaly from fighting..It grazed alone and made Onyx lick her lips in anticapation.. Its back legs appeared lame so she just needed to.. She jumped at the creatures neck.. It did not even have time to scream as she felt its flesh tear..
 
A few minutes of holding the struggling creature brought it to a stop. Its breath no more, Onyx released the dead creature.. Its large body landed on the ground with a thud.. She had actually took out a large buck all by herself..
Howling she called to the pack that would hear her greeting.. She invited them to eat with her. She just hoped Sage would come too...
 
Jade continued to struggle to stay awake. Her chest tightened, making her cough again.. More blood covered the walls and her hands.. Why..why..please stop the pain...Shallow breaths and the rapid beating of her heart was all that could be heard..
