"When" my foot. And I don't like this "checking up on you" business. "Ta." Verity watched them leave. Clemmie watched as well, but two entirely different things were going on in their heads.
Katie had considered making Verity a little open to suggestion, but that was tricky. It had to be enough to affect her, but a small enough amount that she'd convince herself they were right. Just wasn't worth the risk. Unless Dominor ordered her to, she wouldn't.
Dominor looked back over his shoulder after exiting, and gave the twins a slight nod, then with I snap of his fingers, the door flew back onto its hinges, closing and locking itself behind them. He looked to his followers as they walked away, "I want an around the clock watch on them, we don't want the SASD getting to them." Dominor rarely gave any one follower a task, but instead let them decide among themselves, but usually Katie, Mara, and Donovan took turns, they were the best suited for the task.
Mara and Donovan both nodded, they understood, though Donovan was a bit absent minded, worried about his sister...

"Caitlyn, Caitlyn...?" Jessica called in an undertone as she rapped gentle on the door of room 26-level B with the back of her knuckles, quickly looking up and down the hall warily to see if anyone was around. She looked back to the door as the handle turned, smiling in a
friendly way as it was pulled open and a little girl with blond hair looked up at her.
"Hello Jessica, what do you want?" Caitlyn asked in her proper English accent, presenting the woman outside her door with a shy smile, while what she really felt was suspicion, Jessica wasn't the type to just come over for a visit...
"Just coming over for a visit, mind if I come in?" Jessica reapplied, sounding sweet, sickly sweet, it was so fake.
Caitlyn looked at her for a moment, "Of course not, do come in." She stood back, letting Jess by.
Jessica walked into to the main room, it was like all of the Order housing: living room, kitchenette to the left, bath room and bed rooms to the back. She sauntered over to the couch, and plopped down, crossing her long legs and looking around the room, not that there was anything interesting there.
"Tea?" Caitlyn asked out of politeness, though she didn't feel like it.
Jess smiled in that fake, condescending way she always did, tilting her head slightly to the side as she replied, "Yes, thanks Cat,"
Caitlyn nodded, walking to the kitchenette, around the island and over to the stove, standing on tiptoe to place the kettle on the burner and turn it on. "So, I'll ask again, what do you want?" She asked, her tone still polite, but there was a note of steeliness there, she didn't like people playing games, and she didn't like being called Cat.
Jessica sighed, pausing for a moment before answering, "Guess I'll just say it then..." She uncrossed her legs and leaned forward, bleached blond hair falling about her thin shoulders, "I have a proposition for you, can you keep a secret?..."
