(Why thank you. :) )

"You break it, you buy it," said Kastor teasingly to Lee. He grinned.

Lee laughed, a lopsided grin spreading across his face, "I won't brake it, but I'd love to buy it!" He exclaimed with verve, his entire demeanor a 360 from the anxious, condescending, melodramatic person he was earlier. Lee walked back over towards Kastor and Sascha, obviously in the high stage of his mood swings.

"Lee informed me on the way back that he has a car, so I'll be sending someone to pick it up later, probably when Jenna goes there to speak with them tonight." Sascha informed with slight smile, finding Lee's new attitude quite funny.

"My parents took the keys when I got expelled, but that doesn't matter." Lee added with a grin.

"We can take 'em back," said Buck, leaning against Markus' car. Markus glared, and Buck made a rude hand gesture at his brother.

Lee grinned, "That'd be awesome, thanks."

"Well, I have go file Lee's information," Sascha stated, then looked to Kastor, "Do you think you could show him around? I'll be assigning him room 21-E."

SOUTH SEATTLE
Location: River Otter Exhibit, Taiga Viewing Shelter, Woodland Park Zoo

Hal sat on a park bench, knees to her chin, watching the otters. She didn't like zoos, but she used to like watching the otters. Using a little of the fine art of pickpocketing, she'd grabbed enough money to get in. She wasn't ready to check the phonebook, and came here to think. It wasn't really working – mostly memories. Cotton candy and a stuffed tiger named Polka Dot. Katie with chocolate ice cream all over her face. Her mother yelling at Kastor and her father that no, the bears were not going to eat them, and would they stop scaring the girls?

Good times.

A small, sad grin crossed Hal's face for a moment. She combed her fingers through her dark hair. Great, now you're getting sentimental. She exhaled slowly, and uncurled. She walked over to the glass and took a seat beside it. "Hey guys," she muttered, "Long time, no see." I'm talking to otters? Am I actually talking to otters? "How've you been? Yeah, I suppose it is the same. Me? Oh, I've got a whale of a tale or two…"

Hal slept off the path, but out of any exhibits, of course. She hadn't bothered to leave the zoo. Where else would she go, anyway? She had nightmares. She usually did. Usually about that night. Sometimes it was exactly as it happened. Sometimes she would mow down the intruders with her fire. Sometimes she would join them and mow down her family. Sometimes she was a fly on the wall, watching her family get killed. Once, she had joined the Order and was standing in a cemetery at her family's graves, and then she knocked them down.

They kept her afraid. They kept her running. They kept her wanting to come home. They kept her hating herself. They kept her loving her family – even Katie, except for Katie. They kept her vengeful. They kept her guilty.

She couldn't sleep without them.

"Sure," said Kastor, shrugging, "Come on."

Lee almost skipped after Kastor, looking to the man with a bright smile, "So, what first?"

Sascha sighed, then turned away from the others and headed to her office, sitting down at the large metal desk and staring out the rain beaten window. But she knew she had to get to work, so she turned her computer on and got to work filing their new agent, even though she could easily pass off the job to one of the staff. Sascha mind wondered slightly, sometimes, she wished for a normal life, one with family, friends, one that wasn't secret from the world around her. She pushed the negative thoughts away, they didn't help her or anyone in anyway, they only pulled her down.

Kastor shrugged, "Do you want to look around, or go straight to your room?"
