Either she's really, really naive, or she's flirting with me. I suppose the second is the more likely, given my rugged attractiveness. "And how's your search going?" Venom asked.

Stormpeak:

Silvergaze, Goldeneye, and all of Silverback give me the strength to handle this impetuous warmonger. "I know, Stone," said Bracken, "We do need more food. But war with a better-fed pack doesn't sound like a very wise idea." Mirage nodded her agreement.

Nightshade sat down "Pretty good, so far." She said coyly.

Stormpeak:

"Just, please consider it, before it's too late." Stone said, and walked away submissively.
 
After a while Echo crawled out of the water. She went to her and Ripples den.

Aurora was in Silentwater territory. She was exhausted from searching all Day.

Lynx played with a feather.
Silver jumped at Jim nicking him over.
"Mom!!!!! " he squeeled."Silver hurt me"
"Did Not"! She squeeled back.

"hush both of you, the other Wolves will hear. "

"Really?" Venom asked smoothly, "Then you've found one or two?"

Stormpeak:

Bracken sighed as his Beta left. There he goes again. "Before it's too late". For someone as battle-ready as he, he certainly knows how to manipulate someone, doesn't he? He gave another sigh and turned to his mate, "He's not completely wrong, you know."

"I know," Mirage replied worriedly, "But you're right too: Silentwater is better fed than us. It'd be a hard fight. The odds would be against us."

Bracken nodded. This was a hard predicament. Why did this have to happen when he was Alpha? Give me strength, Silverpack. Give my pack strength.

Ripple woke up from his sleep when Echo walked in "Hello, where were you?" He asked drowzily.

Nightshade frowned slightly, he was playing difficult, not very often did males play so hard to get with her, she quite liked it "I don't know, can I consider you a new one?" She asked, a little more genuine this time.

Stormpeak:

Storm walked back to the cliffside and laid down once more, deep in thought.

Venom appraised her, "Perhaps." I could use some allies. I could make a new gang.

(And so Nightshade began her journey to become the Bonnie to Venom's Clyde. X3)

Ripple sighed, and swept his tail onto hers. "What do you think about pups?" He asked casually, he had put a lot of thought into it, and he felt he and Echo were ready for the responsibility.
