Mark smiled then turned to start loading the finished neat onto the travois so they could take it with them.

Mark placed the meat in the hide and when they were done he wrapped the hide over it, tying it with another piece of vine then moved to the front of it and shifted. He placed his head through the loop he had made between the sticks in the front to be able to pull it with only the sticks touching the ground at the other end and looked to Maya, ready to go when she was.
