Cole finished his plate and looked at Ari. " Can you put this on the fire?" He asked her.

Maya yawned and stretched.

"Sure" Ari said and stood to take the plate to bring it to the fire. She set it down on a cleared spot then started the mound that would burn the air and water out of the clay, hardening it to make it useful to them. She would light it once the rest of the pieces were in it since it would get too hot to approach otherwise.
