Shasta looked back at Joe and cocked her head to the side. Why wasn't he joining the hunt? Was he hurt?

Dylan stayed latched onto the Caribou as it groaned in agony and tried to throw Dylan off, kicking up clouds of dust in the process.

The caribou groaned even louder. Dylan's teeth and claws began to slip out and slide down the caribous leg. Dylan soon fell off and The caribou kicked him in the shoulder as he did.

Dylan was on the ground, he shifted back into his human form and grabbed his shoulder in pain, wincing. He dislocated his shoulder.

The caribou gave up from being tired and the loss of blood. It toppled to the side.
