Again...I know there are a lot of nutters that have zero problem eating mean from something like this.
They are gross.
Yeah. I’m not that desperate either. We’re lucky to be blessed with enough food to not have to worry about that.

I have another broody hen :barnie (Thanks @sourland)
we are still in the 80's in the day and high 60's at night, I am thinking of hatching. It will all be outside.
Thoughts anyone, please
One of my hens is broody again, too -- the Japanese Bantam, Hrutka, same as before.
Apparently, she is now activated by touch. I can wave my hand around with not reaction aside from a slight puffing, but she boots up if I poke her. She has a very angry start-up sound, unlike my computer's totally chill one.
