We put this one in a couple years ago. My dad did the leveling, and build the wood floor. After that, it took 5 of us to get it up over a weekend.
Keep a heater in it during winter even if no one is staying in it. If it stays at around 63 or so, there's no mildew issues. It's not cold here in Western Washington, but it's humid. Current humidity in here is 72%. That's a little lower than normal. Usually keep the bubble up top open too. If you live somewhere actually cold, you'll need more insulation.
Maintenance is minimal, but this one is only a 16 footer.
