☆☆☆Fresher Starts. Moving More☆☆☆

My friend was complaining about not getting any steps after being on the treadmill for an hour. The only thing we could come up with is that she was wearing it on her wrist and holding onto the bars. It was proven when I convinced her to swing her arm several times after noting the steps first. That was an older one though. I’ve been debating on wearing it on my ankle ever since. Just cant figure out how. My ankles are NOT skinny. Never were actually :(
Most bands are removable now...you could buy a larger band.


I have bird ankles and wrists.
