I’m just hoping I can keep the coyotes off her until she’s mobile. Shot one last night. Pretty sure the neighbor will find a dead dog in his field. Took a heart/lung vs head. I’ll stick to my head shot from now on.

She tolerates me. My poor dog can’t even come within 50 yards of her without her yelling and snorting at her. Dog is smart enough to leave her to her business.

And she does have an open barn so they can get in out of the weather if needed. Only time they’ve chosen the barn is 95° and above days.

She hasn’t lost one yet. I think she tolerates me because of alfalfa cubes and apples. If I showed up empty handed she may end me.....
