I know of people that put cheese on their hot apple pie. I am not one of them.

I must try this. Usually, I put ice cream on it. I really love fresh Mexican cheese. I wonder how that would effect it.

Not really. I used to hate it and now I like it a little, but never in things. Using bacon grease in cooking is good tho.

Perhaps. I have not actually been to the Maple Festival itself, only when they bought it to our town. I have been to McDowell/Monterey tho one or two times. Pretty area
