IKR! I have no idea whats going on. I follow lots of people including kiki. Youd think, if thats what its based on, then it would be more of a mixed bag. Or at least some of them would be hers.

Nope, not the preferred method. The preferred method is to land facing down with the flat of your hands touching first and gently easing you down the rest of the way.
