"Uh-huh," she replied. "I smell caribou. You may not be hungry, but I am. Let's go. Get Luna to come along."

Rylee twitched at Luna's name. "Fine," he answered, and darted away.

Tawny blew into the air, and stomped at a piece of crusty snow as she waited for Rylee.

Luna arrived, Rylee at her heels.

"Finally," Tawny mumbled. She took off towards the scent of the caribou.[/quote]



Once the caribou were in sight, Rylee separated from the two and slunk around to get the back.[/quote]

Rylee shot her an annoyed glare. "I am!" he hissed, crawling up behind the huge animal.

"Now, aren't you snappish today!" She yelped mockingly. She sat patiently by the animal to wait for the rest of Night Pack, but gave in to her hunger and took a bite out of the shoulder.
