White Fang chased after a deer.

Tawny uncurled from her position cuddled into her nest. She stretched out her neck and back legs, and padded out of the beta's den. "Rylee," she murmured.

White Fang pounced on the deer but missed.

Rylee stood on a rock, jutting out of the ground near the river. His paws were wet, as he had been fishing a minute before. The remains of his kill lay next to him. The beta wolf now looked into the forest, searching for something.

Luna was out hunting. So far, she had gotten two rabbits and a fawn that had been separated from its mother by a previous predator.
