Oh I get it now. I assumed you meant here...like as in our street vendors sold them.
Of course they sell it like that over there. It seems extremely popular and normal to eat balut there.

I just remembered.
"The Man" (dude that works at the grocery store where I buy the balutties) did mention that there are some gas stations that sell balut.

But.. I did look up balut street vendors hehe. Found one in NYC that is closed and that’s about it.

ETA: did find several restaurants that offer balut.
