"Shut up!" She yelled interrupting him, "You keep on telling yourself that you can't do it! Where is it getting you?!" She lectured him starting to cry in all the hopelessness of it.
He reached out his hand his fingertips almost touching her, before he quickly recoiled, clutching his chest and screaming in pain. "So you just wait! I'll get there eventually, I swear! Even if it takes me forever!"
She promised, looking into his green eyes, they sparkled with amusement and something else, hope she hoped, the scene was quickly enveloped in darkness but not for she heard his quiet broken words, they were enough to keep her going, "Then, I'll wait for you...
