Spice looked through the trees and spotted some more. They were old so they were hard to see but they were there. "This way." Spice said and started following them.

Blood laid down struggling to breath. He was smiling inside. No one has ever done something like this for him before.

Shadow smiled and followed.

Blood coughed and closed his eyes thinking. "Thank you." He said super quietly hoping she didn't hear.

Spice carefully followed the tracks. A couple times she lost them as they went over some pine needles or through a grassy meadow but she always found them again.
 
Shadow and Beauty quickly followed trying to keep up.

Blood laid still having barely the energy to lift his head.

Spice followed the track to some thick trees. She suddenly lost the tracks and couldn't find them again. She decided to try calling for the horse hoping it was close. Blood lifted his head to the call in the distance.
