Blaze looked concerned. "Don't worry, I'll keep you and Hero safe," he promised finally, and touched his forehead to hers.

Blaze spun around. "Who are you?!" he asked, a bit startled that the other, new mare had caught them at the moment when she did.

Crow galloped towards them

Love flattened her ears and bared her teeth ready to fight

Blaze snorted, rearing. He pawed at the ground, fire in his eyes. No one was going to hurt Honey, or Hero.
