there is a limit on editing a first post, you will need to copy and paste it into an article and ASK a moderator to add a link to the top of your first thread post.... I had the same issue.... see this thread... https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/696391/how-do-i-edit-an-older-post

oh and to ask, click on the little red flag and title MODERATOR and ask them to make the changes to the thread adding the link.... let them know in detail of what you are wanting ....
