One genuine piece of advice Kelsey? Comparing yourself to others never strengthens an argument. It actually weakens it. Focus on you own strengths and reasons for your actions.

Yeah, good point! And rereading that now I realize it probably sounds pretty rude or something.

So I’m sorry.

I genuinely didn’t mean to compare myself to others or badmouth anyone or whatever. I guess my point was more just that nobody gets mad at others for doing the same or worse. But I guess that’s a pretty weak argument still.

My reasoning?

I wanted to get them and have for a couple years and I felt that I was at a place where I was finally ready to since I really have nothing else going on atm. I made sure I had stuff built first and that I asked first.

How many cages did you build?

Two so far and I already started building at least two more. Oh and to answer your other question, no I did not get another incubator. I was going to but didn’t. I’m just using this one and making sure to hand turn some too since the turning issue is even worse with quail eggs.

Oh and I have a brooder already too that I just kicked the chicks out of tonight finally so will be ready to go for the quail when they hatch.
