Why did we make up the varying degrees of vegetarians? Can we just call them all herbivores?

Vegetarians are different from vegans. Most eat eggs and dairy.

Vegans eat all plant foods nothing with anything related to animals.

It gets more complicating because they have fruitarians that eat all fruit. There’s different vegetarians and such.

I’d love to eat a burger but red meat is my enemy. I try to enjoy the vegan burgers but it’s not the same.
