I am the opposite of self control. I say I will go to bed at ten, and stay up until twelve. And then I’m STILL picking my phone up every time I get a new notification!
One Kdog is plenty.

I don’t take it every day!!! I haven’t taken any in a little while. I didn’t take anything yesterday even though my shoulder hurt really bad all day.

And I wouldn’t have today either but it still hurt today (not as bad but still did) and the pain had turned into a migraine and I felt terrible, like throwing up, and super tense and shit all over so I took it.

Granted I had already gone basically the whole day like that so probably should have just waited a couple more hours and gone to bed but still. By the second day of feeling like shit & being in pain the entire day, I was way over it and wanted even just a couple minutes without the pain.
I said I wasn't going to say anything more to you, but looks like I lied. That stuff will kill your liver. Do you know why my roommate died from cat scratch fever? Because he had cirrhosis of the liver that no one knew about. He popped ibuprofen a couple times a week for years. Don't do that to the people who care about you.

I do that too. “We’ll just go to bed early” is a funny joke DH day to each other. Cracks us up every time.

I don’t think that will entirely solve everything though but it would probably help A LOT and at least fix most of the issues so I think tomorrow I’m going to try this.

I did try to move more today but still not nearly enough.

I need to start going on walks again. I liked that. Just need to maybe find a new route or something.
