Who the heck eats a cookie for a meal though?
They are great for morning if you aren't a big breakfast fixer/eater. No different than if you were to eat a muffin or bagel or biscuit. Just has more good filling stuff in it. Or for lunch if you want something "small" yet filling to keep you going throughout the day. They aren't for everyone but they work for me some times.
 
Me 😂 they’re easy when I’m at the pool and don’t feel like eating because it’s so hot

Apples are an awesome snack. They are great for hydration, have vitamins, can satisfy an urge to munch because of their crunchiness, can satisfy a sweet tooth attack without being super caloric like a candy bar or something and are just plain yummy. They aren't the greatest to replace a meal though because once the sugar boost wears off, you're hungry again. If you eat them with nuts or peanut butter, because of the protein, it can sustain you better. At least that is my opinion. I am no expert but that sure sounds like I am huh? :gig

That would be all I’d eat for the day. My son eats them when he’s swimming to give him more protein. I lose weight eating them, but I rarely eat them. I eat mostly all veggies. Apples are good, but I like carrots 🥕 better
