I know of an archived website that has all of the items, you could fill it out, I believe the scoring tool still works, but I don't know if it's fully working in tools other than chrome. If you did decide to take it "unofficially" like that, you shouldn't take it as seriously as a professional administration, however it may still serve as a good indicator.

I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to come off rude. I know it might help and I appreciate you guys trying to help and all the advice and stuff but I’m just not sure I’m ready to go there. Which maybe is stupid but even the therapist said they thought we should try without first because I had never been to one. I will consider seeing a doctor or psychologist or whatever though and if they say I need it, fine, I’ll go on it. I’m not 100% opposed to it. I just know that I’ve been way worse than I am now and made it through that fine. Which probably wasn’t the best plan but still. I really honestly think most of my issues stem from my diet, lack of movement, and other bad habits, which is another reason I want to try changing that stuff first. If that doesn’t work, of course I’ll consider doing something else. But I have noticed a huge difference when I do those things even for just a few days.
