First of all -- how hard are you flipping it? Try turning the heat down and covering the pan -- that way the bottom won't get as dark, but the top and middle will cook a bit more.no it’s not!!! LOL it’s perfect!!! Burnt would be black or way darker brown lol which I’ve also done
If I flipped it sooner the yolk would have gone everywhere lol
Second, I rather like my eggs with a bit of brown on them... now black or dark brown, but light brown.
EDIT: "Dark" brown -- not "dork," silly me.
