Really? How much sugar and carbs did you eat?
None. I made scrambled eggs and sautéed spinach and peppers for brunch and I just had a banana with peanut butter on it. I did also have some crackers with PB and I did have one muffin earlier but only because I went on the huge walk and for the salt. That’s the only “bad” thing I’ve eaten the entire day and it wasn’t even that big of one. I forced myself to not have any toast or jelly or anything bad. I also went on a two hour walk. I’m not gonna say I was 100% perfect because of the muffin but even then I ate healthy stuff first.
