Oh my gosh, they specified which type of diabetes it was! Yes!
It kills me whenever they just say "diabetes," because the two -- three, actually -- are quite different from one another....
Didn’t realize that was rare too but now that you mention it I have seen that type of thing a lot!

Kidney stones are bad. You can feel every cm of their move as they head for the bladder. I got one stuck during a drinking session and had to urinate very badly. Nothing would come out. When it finally let go, it was like an explosion and blood and urine was flying everywhere.

Kidney stones were nothing compared to gall stones. Dying would have been a comfort.
OMG!!!!  🤮🤮:th 😱😱😭

It just seems like so much!!! I don’t think I drink anywhere near that amount 😂🤣🙈🙈
You can get away with drinking less if you eat a lot of really juicy foods. Drink more if you sweat a lot or eat drier foods. When they recommend 8 cups of water per day, that includes what you get in food.

On the other hand, it's really hard to drink too much water (though it can be done) and drinking 3 liters of water per day certainly is going to do more good than harm.

Thanks!!! That’s good to know!!! I’m not really sure if I eat juicy foods or not. I guess I do? Eggs and tuna are both pretty juicy I think and ice cream definitely is 😂🤣🙈

I eat dry stuff too but usually drink water with it.

I guess I actually probably do get kind of close thinking about it. The glass I usually use is probably about 16 oz and I drink several of those throughout the day plus usually tea or occasionally juice. I drink a lot of water lately. I’ve just never really actually kept track I guess. 😂🤣🙈🙈

I do sweat a lot though and I think being bigger means I should drink more too??

I’ve never broken a bone (gotta go knock on wood, BRB 😂🤣🙈) but I have sprained my ankle before. I forget how. It was something really embarrassing. And I was SUPER slow moving with the crutches and late to class a lot 😂🤣 it was in like middle school. Also I think I once tripped with the crutches. 😂🤣

ETA: I think that same year I also got horrible poison ivy covering legit half my face and had to go on steroids and miss some school. Rough year. 😂🤣😂🙈🙈
When I was in 7th grade the last week of school my friends and I were doing cartwheels on a roof.
I fell off and landed on butt and wrist.

I remember my mom being pissed off thinking that I was pretending I didn't know what happened but I really didn't know what happened for a couple of hours.

I also remember being extremely embarrassed having to walk across the stage with my arm in a sling to accept some kind of end of the year award. If I'm not mistaken it was some honor society crap.

I'd give you advice on some of the stuff wrong with your conclusions, but I'm done. In the year I've been on here, you agree with good advice but don't follow it.
