I agree 100 percent with her. Drinking plenty of water is a big thing. I went on a thing where I drank only water for a month ( with a lil Gatorade and milk, but just a little). It makes you feel really good, and eventually you will find that you carve water instead of other drinks. Also, dont go off your drugs cold turkey. You will go through withdrawal. My former BFF got stomach ulcers from Excedrin. I'm serious. And walk...again it makes you feel better and makes you thirsty so you drink more.
Yeah, I mostly drink water currently, don’t really like other drinks, but I do drink tea and juice sometimes, so need to try the just water thing.

And yeah, I’m worried about the ulcer thing

Would I get withdrawals even from not taking it that much though!?

Oh and go to the doctor. I'm not trying to scare you or anything, but there could be something wrong that can be treated. There is no point of dealing with this and trying to treat it yourself when you may be able to get help.
Yeah, I probably should but I just had a physical not that long ago and they always come back fine so it’s weird.

You can't take allergy pills whenever you feel like it. You need to take them every day....before you need them.
Why not? There’s nothing bad in them and also we didn’t have any I could take. I ran out of the regular kind a few weeks ago and the Sudafed kind makes my hand numb. I hadn’t bought any more because I didn’t think I really needed it.... until pollen season just started
