Tear out or photograph the two pages you like, then tip the rest into the rubbish bin right before pick-up. No one will dredge it out of the landfill.
As an aside, books are ridiculous to burn. I tried to burn an unwanted phone book in our wood stove once, thinking it would at least heat the house a little bit rather than filling up the garbage dump.
It was HOT in there, but it just cooled the fire and made a big mess. I had to empty out bucket-loads of mostly full, semi-ash pages--apparently there's a significant amount of clay in printing paper these days. It just doesn't burn well at all.
