His cell phone is already on my plan. He just doesn't have access to his cell phone. That's why I guess I need a phone card.

I think they may offer international coverage, but you usually have to setup a special plan to for it.

I have AT&T. And I make many calls to Egypt, Germany, UK, Australia. and too many long distance calls to Florida, and Washington DC.

It is just for out of state long distance. He won't get his cell phone back until he graduates bootcamp. Until then, I guess they get to stand in a line and wait their turn to use a landline phone? I am just going by what she told me since she just went through it lol. I am (obviously) clueless lol.

I am sure they do. We aren't there yet. He has to make it through Boot Camp and then schooling first. Then we will know whether or not he will be stationed overseas or within the US.
