I hate the beach. Everyone knows that.

I grew up in FL and I NEVER understood the beach thing.

"It's hot as hades. Lets all go walk around and lie around on hot, white sand, and hey! You kids don't go in the water by yourselves. Build a sand castle! Wouldn't you like that?"

I love the water, though.

Galveston is full of needles anyway.

Seriously? All we ever found was seaweed and bits of shells. No one even littered. Been a long time, though...
