You, make, UDON!?
I love that stuff!
Do you have the noodle recipe!?
It's pretty simple.
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 cup water

Mix dry ingredients, then start adding water gradually while kneading until it becomes dough.
Put it in a plastic bag and put that bad inside another bad, and start gently stepping on it for about 15 minutes. If it starts breaking apart, add a bit more water.
Refrigerate for ate least 3 hours.
Cut the dough in half and put the second half in the 'fridge until you've finished the first half.
Roll flat (about 1/16") sprinkling with a bit of flour, fold in thirds, and cut into noodles

That's wonderful! Thanks!

we started the emulsification of a mild to medium buffalo sauce, began fermentation of new buffalo, froze bell peppers, and mr muddy made his own “chow chow”
I don’t see ‘chow chow’ very often. In fact most people look at me weird when I refer to it. My family recipe is cabbage onion and green tomato equal parts by volume. Jalapeño peppers for heat, ferment like sauerkraut.

To me chow chow is a breed of dog.

Amazing, what they can do with tomatoes and cabbage onions these days.
What do you mean these days? My maternal grandmother's cookbook has a recipe for Chow Chow in it. You weren't even thought of back then.

What is Chow Chow made of?
The former is made from a combination of vegetables, mainly green and red tomatoes, onions, carrots, beans of various types, asparagus, cauliflower and peas. The latter is entirely or almost entirely cabbage. These ingredients are pickled in a canning jar.
