Poppyseed filling, graham crackers, shredded coconut (sweetened and unsweetened), some margarine, and walnuts -- all baked together.
I thought that it would be more cookie-like, but it was not to be. This is fine, though.
EDIT: Oh, and some oatmeal.

Kolachi?

A traditional Slovak pastry eaten around Christmas. It's made with a yeast dough that is rolled out, spread with filling, then rolled back up, sliced, and baked.
