Nope. Feet are off limits. I believe water boarding to be more humane than contact with bottoms of my feet.

They have a ranch up by Gillette, WY that will let you do that. If you are being lazy, I think you can even shoot one in a corral.

There’s a ranch a ways away from Pierre where one could do that as well.
