The problem with me is that I have very strong feelings and very strong morals, and I have a hard time ignoring people who fuss at me for my opinion. I don't want to just leave them alone, because for all that I know, they might think that I'm running away and am a coward.

Nope, dont think so. Trust me, people are going to think whatever they want no matter what you do. “You gotta know when to hold ‘em and know when to fold ‘em” im pretty sure I misquoted these lyrics from The Gambler, but close enough. Keeping my mouth shut was, still is, the most difficult thing. Im def not telling you to shut up just type or say your piece and click/walk away. Others on here have a much better way with words and are saying the same thing I am much more succinctly.

I hope you didn't take my response to you as fussing at you. I was not. Simply having a discussion. I promise, I do not hold ill will towards you, and I would hate to know I hurt your feelings. If I did, it was not intentional. If I intend to hurt someones feelings, I make sure it is very obvious I intend to do so.

I understand that, and I believe I made the point earlier, as others have, stay away from topics that people feel strongly about if you are upset easily. There's enough numerous fun threads on here that one never has to be serious if they choose not to do so. Trust me, I rarely ever am.
