Cherry Cordials:

I, personally, think that they need less fondant, more chocolate, and more cherry.
The rum is actually pretty good in them -- just enough to give it a bit of flavor, but not enough to burn.

Toss the cherry. Add more rum. Then they'd be edible.

Should also make them smaller -- they're tasty, but really fudging sweet.
