Yeah I did a huge surgery this morning.....Full arch extraction with curretage, reconstruction and placement of an immediate denture on a severe perio case. Now I get a 15 minute lunch and then start my afternoon. I had 2 walk-ins during the surgery that I double booked with my afternoon maintenance and prosthetic repair from Florida.
