Popcorn ceiling is terrible. My last house had it, with asbestos of course, so I paid through the nose to get it removed and had them re-texture and paint the ceiling. It looked wonderful after.

I wanted very little texture and am using a semigloss paint. The rooms with north exposure have very low light and the semigloss gives a bit of light refraction.

Now they have the dyes and machines to make the stucco pretty much any color and style/pattern that you want.

Yes, but it looks pretty damn strange in any other color but brown

I’m fine. It was like 6 years ago.
I was rollerblading, and fell.

I just painted over mine.

We did too when we moved in 20 years ago.
Made the popcorn attract dust and also made it a pain in the arse to remove.
