Don't know not that I'm aware of. I had way more problems with fox than coon before the electric fence. Now only issues is every now and then a pen will have the side smashed in from birds of prey

Our raccoons are having a distemper epidemic here. We are having to put them out of their misery left and right daily in a major part of the city. just wondering if it was just us or if it was spreading across the state.

city park has areas roped off do to raccoons with distemper and they are all over the Lakeview area with distemper as well.

There was one under a house 3 blocks from me yesterday that had to be taken care of.

That’s what happens when you spend too much time in the Quarter.

Seriously, I haven’t heard of a problem up here. I haven’t even seen a coon in about a year and my traps are baited.
