I started with just carrots and potatoes and cooked those for a little bit.
Then I added onions orange bell pepper and zucchini.
I pressure cooked some frozen chicken thighs I had earlier and I added that meat too.

Then the two jars of poppy seed stuff that I bought. I added a little bit of milk to the jar do I could shake it up and get it all out.
Lid and walk away for a lite bit but not too long because I don't want the zucchini to turn the mush.
