No it does not.

Doesn’t dry it out either. All it does is make a mess I used to use it. And Cortisone cream and there’s some other one that was supposed to be special poison ivy stuff. I don’t use any of them anymore except cortisone does actually work pretty well but I prefer to just dry it out with alcohol now
