Next time you cook bacon strain the grease through a coffee filter, let it cool, and refrigerate. I use the grease for cooking eggs mostly but had to give this a try today.
Use the grease for a grilled cheese! It honestly didn't have the full flavor I was hoping for but the crisp was perfect leaving the bread soft on the inside.
