Not a great day to be without heat. The Heat & Air Man has been been working on my system for over two hours and still hasn't found the problem. I've lost track of how many times they've been out to try to get it fixed.

Well, they spent almost 3 hours troubleshooting. Still don't know what's wrong, but they got a workaround in place so I have heat. They'll be back on Monday.
