I had been using expensive salon bought shampoo for a long time but decided it was just too expensive a few months back.
I switched to grocery store expensive thinking it was good enough.

Never in my life have I ever had flaky dry scalp like issues until a few months ago and it almost gets worse when I was my hair.


Not too long ago I saw a story on a hair stylist instagram story about how bad all grocery store shampoos are. I didn't even bother to check my expensive grocery store bottles until just now.

This has to be the cause of my issues.
Totally makes sense now and the timing is spot on.

I could not figure out what was causing my, what I assumed was dry scalp, issue.
It was starting to piss me off.

I am so curious to see if my scalp will change just by switching shampoos again... And how long it's going to take to change.

I stick with the cheap stuff, VO5 and off brand head and shoulders. I found that these work just as well as the expensive stuff. I have had issues when trying the expensive stuff, but that was a long time ago. Now I wonder if that was the cause

I only use Head & Shoulders original.
