I thought everyone did..... I didn't even know hot cocoa with milk was a thing.

If you are using a cocoa mix, it has dried milk as part of the mix.

Homemade hot cocoa -- no mix. I don't like it with water. The water makes it taste too... bland. Tasteless. Weird.

I usually make it with water but then add a little bit of milk to it afterwards hahah

I used to do half milk and half water, but now I just do milk. Maybe a bit of cream.
